The Rose Award goes to David Freese of the St. Louis Cardinals, who
went three-for-five with two RBI and scored one run in a 4-1 win over
the Florida Marlins.

The Cardinals' Kyle Lohse didn't give up a hit 'til the seventh inning
and pitched into the eighth to help spoil the Marlins' debut in their
new ballpark.
